The content is published on so-called Cards. These are like thematic folders for specific information. For example, in the case of a travel agency, for a multi day tour, you will find one card for each day, another one for a general description of the tour, yet another for contact details of the agency, etc. Putting information on a card is as simple as posting a message and pictures on a social network, and what is posted appears both on the timeline of the card and of the channel.

Indeed. While you use the channel to deliver up-to-date and relevant information, the user has access to several forms to give you feedback. This way, for example, a user or client can ask for additional information, report, send contact details, notify incidents, give an opinion, etc.

The NFC Tag that links to the channel can be on a card, poster, sticker, package or embedded in a key holder or bracelet. The channel can also be sent via whatsapp, sms or email. In that case, your contact receives a link to access the channel without the need to login or to download an APP.
